The waterfall is still flowing and there is a nice cool pool at its base. The walk from the falls alternates between mild gradients and short, steep sections. The summit of Briggs Bluff is not precise but the views at the top are amazing. Take care as it is a bit exposed. Grade: Hard, Grade 4. Some parts of the track are not well defined. Distance: 12.4 kms. Elevation Gain (m): 500 Duration: 6 hours Requirements: Usual day hiking gear, water, lunch. Don't skimp on water - recommend at least 2 litres.
