Visitors are most welcome to participate in all Club activities. Experienced walkers are available for advice on all walks. Persons wishing to join the Club must complete three walks to be eligible for membership. Visitors are requested to contribute $5.00 per walk.
Visitors should contact the leader before 9pm on the Thursday prior to the walk to ascertain whether changes have been made to the published program.
Since Club activities often take place in remote areas where medical services may not be close at hand, it is recommended that all participants should be members of a recognised Ambulance Fund and carry your own medicine for your medical condition.
The club meets monthly (except December) on the last Tuesday of each month at 7.30pm at the SES Headquaters, 35 Sloane Street, Stawell.
Membership Fees
Youth 15-18 years: $25.00 per annum.
Single membership: $40.00 per annum.
Family membership: $60.00 per annum.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by parent/s or guardian.
Membership fees are due in July each year (the start of the financial year). New members may pay a prorata fee from September onwards for membership till the end of next financial year. The fee also includes the affiliation and insurance fee paid to the Bushwalking Victoria Federation.
