Membership
Visitors are most welcome to participate in all Club activities. Experienced walkers are available for advice on all walks. Persons wishing to join the Club must complete three walks to be eligible for membership. Visitors are requested to contribute $5.00 per walk.
Visitors should contact the leader before 9pm on the Thursday prior to the walk to ascertain whether changes have been made to the published program.
Since Club activities often take place in remote areas where medical services may not be close at hand, it is recommended that all participants should be members of a recognised Ambulance Fund and carry your own medicine for your medical condition.
We sometimes publish photos of our walks on this website and on social media. If you do not consent to your image being published please exclude yourself from any group photos.
The club meets monthly (except December) on the last Tuesday of each month at 7.30pm at the SES Headquarters, 35 Sloane Street, Stawell.
Please Note
- Children under 16 years must be accompanied by parent/s or guardian on walks.
- You must be a current financial member of the club to have your input in the Grampians Bushwalking Club meetings or the Annual General Meeting.
- Membership fees are due on 1st July.
- Fees can be paid through bank transfer or direct to the treasurer at one of the monthly meetings.
